Expedited In-Person: Submit your documents at the Customer Service Counter in Trenton between 8:30 am and 2:00 pm. Arrive early, especially if you're walking in. Aim for 8:30 am to avoid long waits. You'll need to check in with security, get a visitor's pass, and then head to the 5th floor. Take a number and wait to be called. Have your online order confirmation ready.
Expedited Delivery Service: Use a service like UPS or FedEx to deliver your documents to the same address.
Regular Mail: Mail your documents to PO Box 452, Trenton, NJ 08608. This option takes the longest (12-20 business days).
Remember, you need to submit a separate online request for each country where you'll use your documents.
