If your FBI report is password protected, please either unlock the file before submitting it and/or provide us with the password in the comments section in step 2 of the order form. If you only received a hard copy of your background report by regular mail (in paper form), you will need to mail this report to our office for processing. Once the order is placed, an agent will reach out with mailing instructions.
